This print was originally sketched as a henna design to celebrate a mama-to-be. The design was created with henna on her pregnant belly a couple of weeks before her baby arrived in the winter of of 2020.

The Hamsa is a powerful symbol of protection, a perfect emblem for a moment of big change in one’s life.

The Moon is a symbol of the Divine Feminine.

The botanical elements here were also a lovely fit for this mama, who is an avid gardener and zero-waste expert.

**The paper is white with a slight metallic pearl sheen. It’s hard to convey how it looks in a photo, which is why these are on sale. I won’t be printing on this paper again, even though it’s quite pretty!
